Meet the Team
Dr. Helga Idrizi
D.M.D and Owner
Dr. Helga Idrizi graduated with high honors from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine and has over a decade of comprehensive clinical experience serving the Metro Boston area. Now proud to call Plymouth home, she is thrilled to bring her expertise to the local community.
In addition to general and restorative dental care, Dr. Idrizi specializes in facial aesthetic services, including advanced Botox® therapeutics and Invisalign® clear aligners, where she achieved elite Invisalign Platinum Plus Provider status. She is dedicated to continuing education and maintains active memberships in the American Dental Association (ADA), the Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS), and the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA)
Lorraine
Office Manager
Lorraine has been in the dental field for over 20 years. After graduating from the Diman Vocational Dental Assisting Program, she ventured into different areas of the dental field, eventually settling in the general dentistry category so she could use all of her skills in one setting.
Lorraine's biggest passion that she found with Dr. Idrizi is Invisalign. She loves taking the smile transformation journey with patients and seeing the results with them aesthetically and emotionally.
When Lorraine isn't in the office, she loves spending time with her family (especially at the beach), country music concerts, and spontaneous adventures.
Dr. Tuyen Nguyen
General Dentist
Dr. Nguyen was born in Vietnam and grew up in Boston. She went to the Mather School and Boston Latin School before graduating from Boston College in 2008. After college, Dr. Nguyen moved to Greenville, Mississippi where she taught 4th and 5th grade math and science through Teach for America, a non-profit organization. She then worked as a program coordinator for families with young children, focusing on family engagement activities prior to receiving her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine.
Dr. Nguyen strives to provide the best quality care and most comfortable dental experience to all her patients. Gentle and caring, she can calm even the most anxious patients. Little fact, she likes to sing while working!
Dr. Nguyen lives in the South Shore with her partner, son and two rescued dogs. She enjoys camping, hiking, and spending lazy days at the beach. She loves all fall related activities, especially apple picking. Ask her about her favorite apple variety; it may not be what you have in mind!
Dr. Jeehuyn Park
General Dentist
Originally raised in Toronto, Canada, Dr. Jeehyun Park brings a strong academic background and a well-rounded, patient-centered clinical approach to our practice.
Dr. Park completed an Honors Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at McGill University before returning to her hometown to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry. To further refine her skills, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at UCLA in Los Angeles.
Combining her clinical training with a gentle touch, Dr. Park focuses on delivering precise, evidence-based care while ensuring every patient feels comfortable and confident in their smile. Dr. Park is a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
In her spare time, Dr. Park finds balance by immersing herself in nature—whether she’s hiking scenic trails or unwinding while catching a vibrant sunset. She also loves exploring the local culinary scene and discovering new favorite dining spots. She looks forward to welcoming you and your family to the practice.
Dr Na Eun (Sarah) Chung
Periodontist
Dr. Na Eun (Sarah) Chung Grimes is a board-certified periodontist who was raised in Orange County, California, and earned her B.S. in Biology from the University of California, Irvine. She went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, where she discovered her passion for periodontology. This led her to complete a three-year residency in periodontics at the University of Southern California. Fluent in Korean and English, Dr. Chung is able to connect with and provide clear, personalized care to a diverse patient population. Prior to relocating to Cape Cod, Dr. Chung served as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Periodontology at the University of Southern California, while also maintaining a private practice.
Dr. Chung strongly believes that optimal health begins with prevention and is dedicated to helping her patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health. She finds particular fulfillment in restoring smiles through dental implants and grafting procedures, combining science and artistry to deliver healthy, confident results. Committed to staying at the forefront of dentistry, Dr. Chung regularly attends continuing education courses to remain current with the latest advancements and techniques.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Chung enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, and loves exploring the natural beauty and communities of Cape Cod.
Dr. Pamela Regan Mallegol
Endodontist
Dr. Pamela Regan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tufts University. She received her Doctorate Of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She then went on to receive her Post Graduate Degree in Endodontics from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She has limited her practice to endodontics and has practiced since 1999.
Dr. Regan is a member of the Mayflower Study Club, the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the South Shore Dental Society, and the American Association of Endodontics.
Dr. Regan enjoys spending her free time running, working out and spending time at the beach with her two children and her dog Ziggy.
Kaitlin
Dental Hygienist
Kaitlin has been a dental hygienist since 2015 and has over 11 years of experience caring for patients of all ages, with a special love for pediatric and family dentistry. She is passionate about making every patient feel comfortable, heard, and cared for and believes dental care should always be personalized to the individual—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Kaitlin earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Cape Cod Community College after previously earning a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Roger Williams University.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll most likely find Kaitlin cheering on her son at the baseball field, planning her next Disney trip, or spending time with her family and German Shepherds.
Liz,
Dental Hygienist
Liz was born and raised in Plymouth. She graduated from Cape Cod Community College in 2017 with her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene. In 2022, she obtained her bachelor's degree in Health Information Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
Liz is passionate about helping her patients understand and improve their oral health.
In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and friends, watching basketball, and hanging out with her black lab, Sophie.
Corey
Dental Hygienist
Corey graduated with her Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene from the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene at MCPHS in 2018. She has since worked clinically full time in both corporate and private practice. For the past two years, she has also been a Clinical Instructor at Cape Cod Community College for the freshman students enrolled in the Dental Hygiene program.
Corey grew up in Lakeville and now lives in Plymouth with her husband and two sons. When she’s not chasing her kids around, she loves to bake and tries to find time to read every day (fantasy please! Book suggestions always welcome!) On Sunday’s, you will find her at church and spending some much needed down time.
Melissa,
Insurance and Financial Coordinator
Melissa is a lifelong resident of the town of Plymouth. She worked for 17 years in the field of Health and Human services as a Director with adults with IDD. In 2022 she changed to the field of dentistry and is a graduate of East Coast Dental Tech where she completed the Dental Assisting Program to obtain her state license. Her extensive experience in administration has made her a great asset to our team. Melissa is a proud mother of 3 and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Jennifer
Scheduling and Treatment Coordinator
Jennifer is a friendly and welcoming member of our front office team who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. She loves getting to know our patients and helping make their experience at the office as easy and positive as possible.
Outside of work, Jennifer treasures spending time with her husband, Michael, their children and grandchildren. She enjoys baking—especially sourdough and making memories with her family.
Hollie
Dental Assistant
Hollie has been a dental assistant for over 20 years. She graduated from the dental assisting program at the Diman Reginal school, where her love for dentistry started. Hollie also enlisted in the USAF for eight years. While serving her country, she volunteered her time in the military dental clinic.
Hollie also has advanced orthodontic knowledge as she worked for an orthodontic office which specialized in traditional braces, Invisalign and orthodontic appliances for people born with cleft lips.
Hollie enjoys working in general dentistry as it combines all dental procedures. She is always very eager to learn and continues to take courses in the dental field. Hollie is a loving, caring, kind person who will do her best to help make anyone feel comfortable and confident with their dental and oral health needs. She enjoys vacationing with family and friends, concerts, sporting events and volunteering with her son's baseball team.
